NFF Speaks As Senegal Dump Nigeria Out Of FIFA U-20 World Cup

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has reacted to the Round of 16 exit of the U-20 team from the ongoing FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland.

Paul Aigbogun’s men lost 2-1 to Senegal on Monday night.
The Flying Eagles went into the break two goals down, after Amadou Sagna and Ibrahima Niane struck for the Young Terranga Lions.
Aniekeme Okon pulled one back for Nigeria five minutes after the break, but they failed to find the back of the net again.
In a terse tweet from their official handle after the match, the NFF posted: “FT Senegal 2-1 Nigeria. Our Flying Eagles are out of the #U20WC. Thank you all for your support #SoarFlyingEagles #Team9jaStrong”
