Burna Boy Risked Paying £150k Fine for Delaying His Performance at London Stadium

Nigerian Grammy winner, Damini Ogulu also known as  Burna Boy  came out late during his recent concert in London and apparently it was because he insisted that the backdrop for the stadium must work properly. This is according to the Head of Security at the London stadium, who revealed that Burna could have been made to pay £150,000 fine if the delay lasted for 30 minutes. A Nigerian man identified as Nnamdi, who was taking a course on International Sports Law, shared a video of the chief security officer explaining what happened. He said Burna Boy was standing on the stage getting ready to start his performance but one of his team members who was controlling the stadium lights with his laptop struggled to put it on. The Head of Security said the person did not have a backup laptop, and it posed a huge challenge because there is a curfew at the London stadium, and if the show extended to that time, Burna would have to stop his show and get his promoter to pay 150,000 pounds for every 3

Davido has been in the news recently after being accused of impregnating two different women, in which the French is Davido Latest BabyMama US-based socialite and entrepreneur, Anita Brown , was the first to make the accusation. Hours later, a French real estate agent named Ivanna Bay also claimed that she was pregnant with  Davido ’s child. Shortly after Ivanna made the claim on her Instagram page, Davido quickly unfollowed her. A peep at his Instagram page shows that he’s no longer a follower. Refinery Monopoly: “Fuel Price Could Cost N1000 Per Liter By December – NLC Warns

     The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), says if the Federal Government fails to liberalize the oil sector to allow for more private individuals to invest, the pump price of petrol may hit N1000 per liter by end of the year. Joe Ajaero, the Union’s President, who made the remark while speaking with Arise Television on Sunday, submitted that “Dangote’s fuel production monopoly and non-functioning refineries limit market competition.” According to him, “Without other players in the sector, petrol prices may reach N1,000/Litre by December.” The NLC president insisted that until the refineries in Port Harcourt, Warri, and Kaduna are in good shape, there may be no competition in the market and the price of the product may continue to skyrocket. “How can there be market forces if Dangote is the only one producing?
